Mark Lee is a 28yr old Army veteran and Fitness trainer. He received his certification from ISSA on of the most renowned institution in the USA. Mark is also a specialist in exercise therapy and specializes in fitness nutrition just to name a few and is constantly evolving deeper into the field of health and fitness.
Mark enjoys working with athletes and people of all age groups and fitness levels. He also enjoys helping with any limitations they may have due to an injury or illness. Due to Mark's active lifestyle and involvement in his community he enjoys coaching young adults into a more active and healthy lifestyle every Saturday from 7-10pm located at the YMCA of Bayshore NY.
